What is your typical project size?
Most of our clients spend between $40K to $300k annually on digital media.
What makes a good client match?
Good people.
There is enough business to go around that we’ve found it’s not worth it to work with clients who don’t view their agency as a partner. We pride ourselves on hiring people who are curious, passionate, and humble; and we look for clients with those same qualities. You know, the type of people you want to invite to your wedding and vacation with. (We’ve done both of those things. But don’t worry — we’ll take it slow.)
How long are client contracts typically?
UNIFI client contracts and partnerships are on a quarterly basis. As much as we would love to build your online empire overnight, we know the importance of setting proper expectations. Exceptional data collection, audience analytics, professional content creation, and advertising campaign development takes time/attention to detail. UNIFI partners with clients on a 4-month minimum basis and our contracts consist of a retainer, service fees, and paid advertising expense.
Do you work with startups?
Generally, no. The exception to this rule is when a startup already has funding and traction. We love that startup energy, but our clients need to have ironed out some of the kinks in order for us to do our thing.
Do you do organic social management?
Yes, but only in conjunction with our paid management services. We believe great organic creative paired with a strong paid media strategy enables us to deliver the measurable business impact we love to make for our clients.

UNIFI CLIENT ON-BOARDING PROCESS
So you have decided that you're ready to take your social presence to the next level and you are ready to begin your partnership with UNIFI.

Although each client we work with has different goals, we have a similar onboarding process for our new clients that we like to follow.
​
Here are the four initial steps...
​
1. Fill out our UNIFI Contact form on the "WORK WITH US" page.
​
2. Our UNIFI Team will reach out to you to set up an initial consult. This consult will allow us to learn about your business, your story, your goals, your KPI's, and your current marketing framework. This initial consult lasts anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
​
3. Next our UNIFI Team will create a proposal tailored to your goals. Your proposal will consist of our recommended services we believe will provide the highest ROA (Return on Advertising) and benefit your company the most.
​
4. After discussing the what / why and how of our proposed blueprint, an invoice will be sent and our UNIFI team will begin work once payment has been received.
